For a day of shopping while vacationing in Breckenridge, CO she put on her latest earring creation not knowing how far it would take her. When former photographer and dilettante of many a craft, Kimberly Atlas Harrington, was approached by a savvy boutique owner wishing to know the origin of her fabuloso earrings, Pink Rock, NYC was conceived. She ran to the bead store, whipped up some new designs and was added to the store’s repertoire the very next day.

The designs for Pink Rock are inspired by years of experience in the high fashion photography industry where Kimberly worked for her first years in NYC alongside celebrities and cover photographers. Traveling has remained a lifelong passion of Kimberly’s and influences from the Far East of India’s coastal villages; China’s dusty markets and the rural hills of Vietnam to the urban jungle of Japanese metropolises are prevalent in her designs.

Always ahead of the trends, Pink Rock is a pioneer in fashionable jewelry that accentuates a woman’s beauty and emphasizes her most beautiful assets by reflecting personal style in a way that is rarely achieved. Inspired by NYC women who stand next to Parisian women as the most fashionable and diverse in the world, Pink Rock is: a little edgy, a little girlie, a little rocker chic, a little too hot for words.

Over the next year, Pink Rock began showing up in small, privately owned boutiques from coast to coast.
